Mitch McGinnis has been the pastor at Westminster Presbyterian Church since 2005.
Before coming to Westminster, he served in college and youth ministry for over 10 years. He is from LaGrange, GA and has degrees from Troy University and Beeson Divinity School.
Mitch is married to Jawan and they have 4 children: Andrew, Luke, Abigail, and Heavenly.
Mitch & Jawan are actively involved in Foster Care in Muscogee County and have a heart to help care for orphans, at-risk children, and hurting familes in our community and around the world.
His favorite passage is Titus 2:11-14 — “For the grace of God has appeared, bringing salvation for all people, training us to renounce ungodliness and worldly passions, and to live self-controlled, upright, and godly lives in the present age, waiting for our blessed hope, the appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ, who gave himself for us to redeem us from all lawlessness and to purify for himself a people for his own possession who are zealous for good works.”
